Exploring the Resources You Need

Are you struggling to buy food, clothes and other basic necessities? Do you find yourself scrambling to find the resources you need, or even to figure out what local resources may be available or who to contact for help? A CityHope advocate can work with you to brainstorm solutions to the problems you are facing. Call us at (603) 931-3004 or use the button below to schedule an appointment.

Our Programs and Services

CityHope provides support services to individuals and families who are experiencing financial hardships and housing insecurity. We host a food pantry twice a month and provide personal hygiene products and other basic necessities as available. We also assist program participants in accessing community and government resources, provide short-term urgent relief, offer personal coaching both short and long-term as determined by participants’ goals and offer advocacy support to individuals who need agency coordinated services.

Food Pantry

Food and basic necessities are available the first and third Saturday of each month. Please arrive by 8:15am and bring your ID.  If you do not have an ID, we can help you obtain one. Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of your town of residence.

Short Term Urgent Relief

Call or email our office or stop in Thursdays from 1-3 pm. During this time you may be able to receive the following help: secure identification, secure background checks for employment or housing, obtain local bus passes, obtain items from our toiletry closet, receive emergency pantry items and find a place to rest and have coffee and conversation.

One-on-one assistance

Work with a CityHope coach to reach your short and long-term goals specific to your situation. We can help you focus on financial, housing, employment, education and other pressing life circumstances you’re hoping to change or improve. CityHope will also help you access the community and government resources you need.
