Dave Allen 

Dave has spent his professional career in the printing industry and prior to retiring in 2014, he owned his own company for sixteen years. Dave focuses on his passion to serve the Lord and others, and in addition to his leadership role with CityHope – he serves as a treasurer for the board of R 15:20 Ministries (a non-profit that financially supports church planters in New England). Dave also leads Hope Overflowing, a program that creates opportunities for community members living in isolation to build relationships through the act of gathering and fellowship. 

Keith Daigneault

Over the past 30 years, Keith has held a variety of positions in financial services. Currently at Fidelity Investments, he applies his passion to serve others by training and coaching newer representatives on his team. A Christ follower since 1995, Keith has volunteered and served with CityHope Food Pantry, Family Promise, Rise Again Outreach as a Ministry Team Leader, and currently leads Stephen Ministry at CenterPoint Church. Keith is excited to witness God at work reaching folks in our community. 

Brian Earp

Retired from NH Health and Human Services, Brian brings his experience in planning, organizing and problem solving to the CityHope Board. At the DHHS Brian held the position, Director of the Project Management Office, it’s in this spirit he continues to provide organizational direction to CityHope. Through his years at DHHS, Brian has come to appreciate the core principles used in service to meet the needs of New Hampshire citizens.

Matt Furr

For over 20 years in a variety of cities, Matt has leveraged his role as a pastor to help people engage in the wholistic good news of Jesus. This is good news for the poor, vulnerable and marginalized. It is also good news for the affluent and well-resourced. Currently serving as the Lead Pastor of CenterPoint Church in Concord, NH (centerpointnh.org), Matt is deeply committed to working together with many local churches, seeing the goodness of God revealed in mercy and justice throughout the Capital Region. 

Ken Koornneef 

Ken is President and CEO of Nobis Group with a professional background in civil engineering. He is passionate about giving back to the community, volunteering and supporting organizations like the Concord Boys and Girls Club and the United Way. More recently, Ken has served and continues to serve as a board member at several non-profits including: CATCH Neighborhood Housing, NH Center for Non-Profits and the CRDC (Capital Regional Development Council).

Aimee Landry

Aimee is an administrator with over 15 years of direct-service work in family self-sufficiency programs. She is driven to support vulnerable individuals as they strive to heal, grow and improve their lives. With a “whole-person” centered approach, Aimee has worked and continues to work with participants in the following areas: continued education, vocational rehabilitation, financial education and integrated art disciplines.
