Our Team
Lisa Hochberg
Executive Director
Transitioning from her position as the Director of Help and Healing at CenterPoint Church, Lisa leads CityHope of New Hampshire and serves as our Executive Director. Lisa brings her many years of experience working with individuals and families living with the challenges brought on by homelessness, addiction and poverty to the CityHope team. Her passion lies in seeing people thrive in the day-to-day. And, she strongly believes in the role community and healthy relationships play in the creation of well-being.
Conceptual development and the founding of CityHope are a big part of Lisa’s story. After spending five years in management at the corporate level and another fifteen years in development in higher education, Lisa became a staff member at CenterPoint Church. In 2015, she was tasked with researching the subjects of homelessness, addiction and poverty in the greater Concord area. Lisa’s research considered what it would look like to develop a center for help and healing – holistically addressing these societal concerns. Over the last several years, she has spent time with, and gotten to know, many members of these communities and the helping providers of Concord. In her pursuit to understand how issues are addressed locally and to identify where gaps in services or insufficient programming exist, Lisa began to explore how CenterPoint might become part of the solution. In response, CityHope of New Hampshire was formed.
Lisa earned her graduate degree in Human Services Counseling. Additionally, she holds certifications and training as a life coach, recovery coach and trainer of trainers (TOT) and a Prepare-Enrich and DISC facilitator. Lisa also serves on the board of NEOHS, the New England Chapter of the National Organization for Human Services.
Jackie Berridge
Coach/Advocate Lead
Jackie began hosting CenterPoint Church’s Benevolence hours in 2013. Meeting with individuals and families who came to drop-in hours looking for assistance and resources came natural to Jackie, a nurse for 23 years, including 15 years as a psychiatric nurse at the NH State Hospital. Her experience with a highly relational, caring, multidisciplinary team approach to treatment, allowed Jackie to help transform Benevolence from a drop-in financial assistance program to a holistic coaching and advocacy service – the CityHope of NH approach to helping.

Scot and Teresa Palmer
Food Pantry Leaders
Focusing on our passion to serve the Lord, Scot and Teresa joined the CityHope Food Pantry several years ago to show our love of Jesus to the people who come to get food to fill their cupboards, and they receive so much more than just food. We pray with them, listen to them, help support and guide them in whatever needs they share with us. We are a family here at CityHope Food Pantry and everyone’s needs matter. The Food Pantry runs the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. We host a speaker on the 1st Saturday. On the 3rd Saturday, Teresa or Scot will speak, or music will fill our fellowship space before our patrons start shopping. We love to see all the faces that come in and we get excited when Friday rolls around and we set up and get supplies ready!
Sherry Klinger
Advocate
June Wilson
June has spent much of her adult life involved in ministry, and shares, “CityHope has been a true blessing. Many lives are supported and changed through its mission. While making food pantry delivery calls and working in this community, I have been able to invest in true relationships. During drop-in hours, people not only come for assistance, they also come knowing they’ll find an ear to listen and a place to feel safe, respected and cared about. We all connect – workers and volunteers included”. Organization is a passion of June’s and she is putting this skill-set among many others to use in her position as an advocate with CityHope. June is also a receptionist with CenterPoint Church.
